Recently, I have been thinking about what is the ideal body look. Some people tell you that you are too skinny. Some tell you that if you exercise too much, you look too muscular, and not feminine enough. Well I think there is balance it all of it. I believe that females are to look like females, and fitness is not just to make you look good, but also to help you feel great. Personal training, compared to other forms of exercise, provides you with the individual approach, that covers all these fitness needs.
